It is often said that a journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step. Join us on The Road To Bondo at our largest fundraiser of the year by attending one or both of these exciting events in support of the Horizon mission: to empower orphaned children to self-sustainability. The afternoon GOLF scramble is a great opportunity to play at Bent Creek Country Club while enjoying complimentary smoked meats, wholesale cigars, fun course activities, and more - all while supporting the kids we serve in Africa. Golf spaces are limited.
**Registration opens at 12:30pm with a 1:30pm shotgun start.
**Locker room amenities will be available to refresh for evening gala. There will be ample time before banquet doors open at 7pm.
**All golfers receive 2 gala reservations at no additional cost.
The GALA is an evening to celebrate and support Horizon's mission with our closest friends and partners. Network with the area's leaders in business and philanthropy, along with some of Horizon's Kenyan board members coming all the way from Africa for this special event. The night will include heavy hors d'oeuvres, award-winning wine generously provided by Waltz Vineyards, silent and live auctions featuring exclusive dining and vacation packages, a raffle for a David Yurman necklace valued at $1,000 donated by Vanscoy, Maurer & Bash Diamond Jewelers, a live 'Pathways To Sustainability' painting, and new video updates from our kids on the ground in Kenya. Space is limited.
**Doors open at 7pm. Silent auction closes at 8:30pm.
